  • We will not accept liability for errors in item price or description on this site, and reserve the right to amend or remove content without prior notice. We endeavor to correct any problems once we become aware of them, and will give you the option of either re-confirming the order at the correct price, or cancelling it.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and / or refuse any order received. If your credit card has been charged we will immediately refund the full amount back to the card used to make payment.
  • Craig Kendall will only be liable up to the value of the item(s) purchased, and will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or inability to use this website.
  • Whilst we make every effort to reproduce the colours of artwork and designs correctly, slight variations may occur due to the restrictions of the internet.
  • Every care should be taken to preserve the long life of your prints, as colours may fade over time. To minimise the risk of changes, avoid exposure to atmospheric contaminants, direct sunlight and bright lights.
  • These terms and conditions and your use of this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • The prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds Sterling.
  • Payment is made securely online by credit or debit card, using Paypal. Please note that payment will appear on your card statement as Craig Kendall.
  • If you are not already a member of paypal and want to join, its quick and easy - just follow this link - all you need is an email address, and a debit or credit card. However, you can still make payment using paypal without opening an account.
  • Postage & packaging is charged at £4.95, and all items are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
  • Orders within Mainland UK are usually delivered within 14 days. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please allow extra time for delivery to the highlands and other islands.
  • For overseas orders please contact us on sales@curvedesign.net, for a quote on delivery outside the UK. Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties on deliveries outside the UK.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase; please complete the reverse of your delivery note in full, and return goods in a pristine, re-saleable condition within 14 days, to the address shown on the delivery note. This excludes commissioned prints and artwork, or items which have been altered or personalised in any way.
  • Please ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are either lost or damaged in transit. Return postage will not be refunded unless goods are faulty. Please retain your receipt as proof of postage.
  • Refunds will only be made against the card used to make your purchase, excluding the original postage and packaging costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once they are received.
